Elisabetta de Nardo started as a marine surveyor for a major cargo inspection company, becoming director of operations and quality manager in 2004. In July 2007 she joined Costa Crociere as port operations manager. Today she is in charge of port activities worldwide in support of marine operations and itinerary planning.
