Frank del Rio is founder of Oceania Cruises, presiding over Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises as chairman and CEO of parent company Prestige Cruise Holdings. He handles the financial and strategic development of both brands and is heading up Oceania’s building and refurbishment programme.
