Duncan Gould, Senior Project Engineer, Lloyd's Register

Duncan Gould CEng MIEE began his maritime career as an electrotechnical officer with P&O Cruises and Princess Cruises. In 2002, he joined Lloyd’s Register as a surveyor in its London office carrying out design appraisal and surveys for electrical and control engineering equipment and systems for a wide variety of ships.

Duncan's role is now dedicated to rule and technical standard development as a senior project engineer in Lloyd’s Register’s R&D Department. He also participates in IMO, IEC and IACS groups.
