Richard Pruitt joined Royal Caribbean in 2003. His responsibilities include environmental and public health regulatory compliance, continual improvement, chemical management, and new systems development and evaluation. Richard oversees the complex regulatory compliance efforts of a fleet of 38 ships and Royal Caribbean’s rigorous environmental and public audit programme.
