Vesa Marttinen is vice president of Aker Yards' lifecycle services. He has an MSc in Naval Architecture and Industrial Economics, and gained his supervision and engineering experience at Kvaerner Masa- Yards during the early 1990s. Marttinen has also worked for Silja and Deltamarin Engineering in Florida, USA. During 2004, he was an independent consultant in southern Florida. Marttinen joined Aker Finnyards' lifecycle services in January 2005.
