David Jimenez is associate director for system engineering at CERDEC, the US Army's IT and integrated systems centre. He is a recipient of the Superior Civilian Service Award (twice), the David Packard Excellence in Acquisition Award, the Army Achievement Medal and the Commander's Award for Civilian Service.
