Renotech - Fireproofing, Flooring, Ceiling and Wall Materials

Renotech Oy is a Finnish company established in 1994. We provide fireproofing solutions, flooring material, ceiling and wall materials as well as a very comprehensive range of decorative materials, textures and finishes.

Our aim is to supply installation efficient solutions and materials with added value properties. Typical added value properties are environment-safety, non-combustibility, low weight, durability, aesthetic appearance and in many cases additional fire safety and acoustic properties. Many of the products are composites produced with gluing and laminating techniques.

RENOTECH WALL AND CEILING SYSTEMS

Renotech has developed a MED approved system where all the components are non-combustible and environmental friendly. The system is based on special gypsum or special cements in combination with non-combustible reinforcing fillers, minerals and fibres.

For the solutions we use the following components: Renotech DGG gypsum board, Glass fibre reinforced gypsum or cement decorative composites, Renotech Stonemix trowel materials and Renopur surface finishes and sealers.

The range of products includes decorative panels, moldings and other interior design products based on gypsum or special cements. Composite decorative flooring materials are also available.

DENS-GLASS GOLD GYPSUM SHEATHING

Dens-Glass Gold (DGG) gypsum sheathing is composed of a water resistant, treated gypsum core, which is non-combustible and dimensionally stable. The core is an integral part of the glass mat facing on both sides. In addition, the gold side is coated with an alkali resistant surface coating. Together, these materials provide stability and protection for the structural framing.

RENOPUR - INTERIOR FINISHES FOR PANELS AND MOULDINGS

The Renopur water based systems have successfully been used for interior finishing of decorative panels and mouldings. We provide wood and stone and other natural material imitation painting, metal leaf coating, decorative coatings and textures and stencil work. Our team can provide reproduced paintings, illusion effects, models and sculpturing.

STONEMIX 54 – NON-COMBUSTIBLE LIGHTWEIGHT MORTAR

Stonemix 54 is an innovative lightweight mortar based on magnesite cement, light weight fillers, fibres and foaming additives. Because of its unique formulation, the hardened product has very high tensile and impact strength. It fully meets the requirements imposed on non-combustible material.

It can be used to produce a variety of surface finishes by spraying, moulding or sculpturing methods. The product is also used as an A-60 fire rated deck covering system on steel and is suitable as an under layment for all kinds of finished surfaces.

WALL EXTENSION SCREEN, FIRE RATED B30

This unique and innovative product is produced by gluing together two specially designed mineral wool slabs by our inorganic glue (Renofix 330 non-combustible glue) giving a pre-made 40mm overlapping joint. The standard size is 600mm x 1,800mm x 30mm, but in principle any size can be made from pre-cut mineral wool.

The product has been developed to be easily installed between the cabin wall and the steel deck above the cabins to give 15 minutes' fire protection. It is widely used when the ceiling in the cabin is B-0 and as a fire barrier and draft stop in public areas.

For large passenger cruise ships we have produced and supplied more than 50,000m² of wall extension screen fire barrier.

FIREPROOFING MATERIALS AND NON-COMBUSTIBLE COMPOSITES

Fireproofing of steel is one of our growing business areas. Our range of silicate adhesives have successfully been used in fireproofing composites. Additionally we provide penetration seals and fireproofing paints. Renotech Fireshield has recently been developed for the fireproofing of bulkheads and structural steel.

ACOUSTIC PRODUCTS FOR WALLS, CEILINGS AND FLOORS

We have successfully designed and applied acoustic solutions for churches, concert halls, historical buildings, auditoriums, hotels, theatres and office buildings. A wide range of design, textures and finishes can be supplied to improve sound reproduction and control the reverberation.
