GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCE AND PAYROLL SYSTEM

The complete integration concept of Adonis gives the opportunity for global enterprises to adapt to a variety of national payroll rules out of one centralized database, with the possibility to extract human resource and payroll information across the borders of different nationalities and agreements.  The 'Adonis Way' is definitely making the globalization slogan of 'a smaller world' come through, also on the HR area.

Onboard the vessel, a number of especially designed modules can be installed, to provide one-time data entry at the source. The vessels may be linked up to the central database by real-time satellite connection or by a tailor-made reliable replication tool, Adonis Replicator.

ONBOARD PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Office employees of main office as well as any branch office can be handled in the same system, based upon separate codes and a waterproof, advances access control system, Adonis Control Centre. This guarantees that no undesired interference or data leak may take place across the limits of the various departments.

The solution is today offered either as a traditional local network multi-user application or as an ASP-solution which allows for new customers and users to reach the production phase in a record-short time.

Some companies, like LA based Crystal Cruises Inc. and their Norwegian partner International Cruise Agency AS of Oslo are using a combination of replicating databases and Adonis Personnel Manager over Adonis ASP to integrate their offices and vessels into one, comprehensive system.

Adonis has large experience in converting data, forms and reports from other systems, making the cross-upgrade process for new users a smooth and pleasant affair.

Adonis supports the two most leading database systems on the market, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. A limited replicating web-application is available for those customers who wish to integrate applicants, crew / staff members and other 'outside' users into the daily workflow provided by one, centralized database.

ABOUT ADONIS

The organisation of Adonis is split between the head office located at Halsnoy south of Bergen on the Norwegian west coast and a development and support branch office in Kerch, Ukraine.
