DER Touristik & Incentive Renews Cooperation with ISO Travel Solutions

Nuremberg, Germany – DER Touristik & Incentive in Munich, and ISO Travel Solutions in Nuremberg, proudly announce that ISO's reservation system, OCEAN, will be used by DER for further four years.
The IT partnership between ISO and DER Touristik & Incentive has existed since the 1980s – at that time still with DER's predecessor, abr-amtliches bayerisches Reisebüro (Official Bavarian Travel Agency). ISO has completed several updates of the reservation system for DER since then.
Currently, an upgrade from version 10 to the latest release version 11 of OCEAN is being carried out. The system was installed by ISO and the relevant legacy data was migrated. Trainings and acceptance tests are being carried out at the moment.
In DER's Munich special department, OCEAN is mainly used for special tours and trips such as hot-air balloon rides, rafting trips, etc. but also for the complex handling of large group tours, e.g. music events.

The upgrade agreement is valid for the next four years.
