ISO Travel Solutions is a specialist provider of IT solutions for cruise operators, including reservation systems, tourism CRM solutions, Property Management Systems (PMS), mobile solutions and decision support systems (MIS and BI).

ISO Travel Solutions offers a reservation system suite for cruise operators, called 'OCEAN'. Several cruise operators took part in the development of this well-proven IT system (such as Hapag-Lloyd, Hurtigruten, and others).

As an add-on to OCEAN we have developed 'PILOT', the decision support system for tourism managers. It combines a Management Information System (MIS) and a Business Intelligence tool (BI).

We also offer a tourism-specific Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), called 'Emerald'. For your onboard management, you can use our Property Management System (PMS) called 'Monaco'.

OCEAN - RESERVATION SYSTEM FOR CRUISE OPERATORS

OCEAN optimizes the business processes of cruise operators. Automation functions relieve your employees of daily routine jobs. OCEAN's strengths are its versatility, flexibility and its quality and performance. You can connect to internet sales channels (B2B, B2C) and to Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

The standard functions include front-office, mid-office and back-office management, such as contract management, pricing with dynamic packaging, allotments and deck-plan management with graphical cabin reservation, booking functions with passenger handling and document management with cruise specifics such as manifest generation, ship voucher, etc. Data can be exported to the cruise ships' PMS.

EMERALD - TOURISM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Emerald is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the tourism market. You can use the modules for marketing campaign management, complaint management, agency handling, customer profiles, call centre functions, etc.

Emerald is used by several tourism companies such as Thomas Cook and Amadeus. It can be integrated with the reservation system OCEAN.

MONACO - CRUISE SHIP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Monaco is the Property Management System (PMS) for the pro-active management of cruise ships. It contains functions for front-office, mid-office and back-office. The reservation system and all other front office functions work extremely quickly and are fully automated. Data exchange with other systems is possible.

PILOT - DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR TOURISM MANAGERS

Pilot is a Management Information System (MIS) and Business Intelligence (BI) tool which helps managers in their daily decision making process. Company data (from the reservation system) is displayed in an intuitive graphical way in different views for different managers.
