EDNA International GmbH researches, develops, produces and markets frozen bakery products, driven a corporate culture geared towards quality. It offers a large range of frozen bakery products, with more than 700 different products worldwide.

The German company supplies customers all over the world with a wide range of products, including pretzel dough products, baguettes, breads, rolls and snacks, sweet treats and doughnuts, cakes and pies, and regional and international baked specialties.

A new range of frozen bakery products is launched every year, ensuring that the product range is constantly evolving. The company reacts quickly and flexibly to new trends and consumer appetites for frozen bakery goods. In order to cater to the various consumer groups and markets, it produces everything from dough and pre-baked to finished baked goods.

The company employs about 1,100 people in 17 locations (13 supply depots and four production sites) in Germany, and owns one domestic subsidiary and three subsidiaries abroad. Along with top quality frozen bakery products, comprehensive service is one of the company's core values.

EDNA has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 since 1995 and is subject to regular statutory checks. The company also works in accordance with the HACCP standard, and its four modern production sites are ISF and BRC certified.

EDNA’s well-organised logistics make it possible to respond to customers’ wishes with speed and flexibility. In Germany the company operates under the guiding principle ‘ordered today – delivered tomorrow’, seven days a week. With about 150 trucks and haulage companies, the company ensures end-to-end refrigeration and/or freezing.
